We would like to let you know what  a wonderful relationship we have had with Bonnie Glenn. She has gone "over the top" in selling our Long Island home.

We put our home in Head of the Harbor on the market in the April. By August we had moved to Maine, leaving our son and his family living in the house until he could find a place to live.

Time passed with no prospective buyers, the major sticking point being high taxes. We were unable to handle the situation locally as my husband was starting a new business which required us staying in Maine. Bonnie took it upon herself to procure an appraiser and discuss the problem with the Smithtown Tax Assessor. It was she who got our taxes lowered.

Not only did she help with taxes, she and her assistant Christa would clean toilets and cobwebs from an empty home after my son found a place to live. She also dealt with a puff of smoke from the oil burner while showing the house (This ended up in calling the St. James Fire Department for safety sake).

Bonnie Glenn's vigilance in promoting the house was amazing. She always forwarded us any printed advertisements of the listing as well as feedback from showings.

We cannot sing the praises enough to do her justice.

I put my father's house in St. James on the market February 2009 with Bonnie Glenn. Before I decided on a broker I researched their activity as a broker and other sales they have had in St. James and decided on Bonnie Glenn, as I knew she would put her all into selling my father's house.

I can not say enough about Bonnie Glenn. She is very professional and does her work well. Bonnie worked very hard trying to sell my father's house. She held Open Houses, advertised the home in newspapers as well as all over the Internet. Bonnie sold the house with in 3 months! The amount she sold the house for was by far over my expectations especially in the current market.
